My baby is a night owl. How can I help him sleep?
Almost 2 months old. My baby behaves so nicely during the day. He eats, sleeps, is quiet. At night he goes crazy. We burp him, give him gripe water, mylecon, he just hollers. Its not waaah waaah, its short fast – waah, waah, waah, (like 3 per second)
Needless to say, we haven’t sleep much either.
has he eaten enough in the day? Mine like to tank up before bedtime, otherwise they’re waaah waaah waaah too until about 2a.m. Also, i’ve just started keeping my boys awake in the 3 hours before bedtime so they’re ready to sleep when bedtime comes.
alternatively, try some white noise or a baby sling.
