Cot Blanket

My baby won’t sleep in her cot.?

My baby’s 5 mths now. She was ok to sleep in the cot before 3.5mths. After that, she refuses to sleep in her cot. Wakes up within an hr ~3 hrs during nite (she used to sleep thru the nite between 2~3.5mths). As soon as I place her in our bed, she sleeps better. I’ve tried wrapping her, more blanket to make her cot warmer etc… but not helping….
I’m afraid I’ll roll over and squash her (although it’s unlikely) and more over she might wake up in the middle of the nite and want some comfort from my breast. My back is hurting from the way I’m giving her comfort.

I had the exact same situation with my youngest (now 4yrs old). He was murder. I tried the leaving the room for 5 mins, and slowly building on it,but it never worked. He wouldn’t even sleep for 10 minutes in his cot even when i was in the room. I never had this with our other 3, they didn’t sleep through the night, but they spent between feeds in their cots.
Someone may have some miracle solution, but I am afraid I tried everything i could think of and he remained in our bed until he was a year old.
It was constant comfort he was after as he refused a dummy/pacifier and it was the only way i could get any rest.
I adopted a self service style in order to sleep!!!

It will pass eventually and you will get your bed (and boobs) back one day!
