How to get rid of a rash from a bladder infection?

I had a bladder infection and it must have burnt up my whole crotch. The doctor put me on antibiodics. So I am using cornstarch and diaper rash cream. BUT in keeping it dry so that it can heal, it gets SO itchy. I can only wear skirts and even then my legs rub together with every step and the cream comes off. It hurts alot… I am kinda glad I am going through this as my baby is due in 4 weeks and I am experimenting on myself what works and doesn’t and I can relate to the pain of a severe rash when he teeths… but how to get rid of this???? Air drying is tough as I am fat and pregnant and my inner tighs are practically stuck together. I noticed that vaseline tends to create moisture and make it worse

my friends baby got a really bad rash as you are explaining yours… and he was in so much pain..
his skin was peeling off and it looked all bubbly

the dr told her to use the cream that women use for yeast infections.(canstine).. i think its called . and it worked really good…
Im not sure what to say to you…
once i had itchy down there and the weirdest thing ever worked!…
baby cream LOL….
also for my son i use aveeno baby ointment .. (for rashes).. its very very thick tho!… and its really hard to get off… it will take you a good 15 mns washing it off in the shower.. LOL…
